Snom PA1 48V SIP PoE Paging Power Amplifier 4602
With the Snom PA1+, a SIP PBX can be expanded to become a broadcasting system for HD audio announcements from any Snom SIP phone or to play background music in rooms, corridors and office floors. The integrated 6.5-watt high-performance amplifier can already fill large rooms with sound using existing 600-ohm speakers, but larger PA systems can also be added via the existing connections.
Integrated Amplifier
Equipped with a 6.5-watt power amplifier, the PA1+ can directly drive 600-ohm loudspeaker systems, making it suitable for delivering HD audio announcements or background music in sizable areas.
Flexible Integration
For larger setups, the device offers a 600-ohm interface, allowing connection to external high-wattage amplifiers to support multiple speakers.
SIP and Multicast Support
Utilizing Snom's reliable SIP stack, the PA1+ ensures compatibility with various SIP platforms. It also supports multicast relays, enabling up to four SIP identities to broadcast to four multicast IP addresses.
Remote Management
Administrators can configure and maintain the system remotely via a web interface, including adjusting volume levels and programming output pins.
Additional Functionality
The device features freely programmable output pins and relay contacts, which can be controlled via SIP or DTMF. This allows for activation of external devices, such as opening doors or triggering alarms.
Power over Ethernet (PoE)
The PA1+ supports PoE (IEEE 802.3af, class 3), simplifying installation by eliminating the need for separate power supplies.
